After 15 years in the restaurant industry, I experienced firsthand how hard work can wear down your body, joint pain, dry skin, allergies, and constant fatigue became part of my daily life. Then, five years ago, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer. Thankfully, she recovered, but that moment was a wake-up call. It reminded me that health isn’t optional—it’s everything.
That journey led me to discover the power of natural wellness. Salt therapy, red light, massage, they helped me breathe better, move easier, and truly feel like myself again. I knew I had to share that with others.
The Rock Salt Spa was born from real pain, real healing, and a deep passion to help others feel their best. I care deeply about my community and want to create a space where people feel supported, cared for, and empowered to put their health first.
